When our journey through this physical realm with a loved one ends, it can be a time of great emotional turmoil. Grief is often the emotion we feel the strongest. An emotion we often try to suppress in our western society. But the thing about grief is that grief only exists in the presence of love. If we didn’t care, we wouldn’t care. So with this knowledge, we can celebrate grief, because underlying it, is our extraordinary capacity to love.
Whether you are planning a funeral, celebration of life, ash scattering ceremony or any other farewell, I will craft the service to be a heartfelt event that will represent your loved one and leave you feeling seen, heard and cared for. Ash Scattering Ceremony
Scattering ashes can be a deeply meaningful moment of farewell. Whether at sea, in a favourite natural location, or a place of significance, I help create a respectful and heartfelt ceremony to honour this final act of love. Personalised words, rituals, and symbolic gestures can make this a truly special farewell.
Pet Funeral Service
The loss of a beloved pet is deeply felt, as they are cherished members of the family. A pet funeral or memorial is a chance to honour their unconditional love and companionship. Whether in your garden, at the beach, or in a peaceful outdoor setting, I guide you in creating a fitting goodbye.
Living Wake
A living wake is a unique and deeply moving way for someone facing the end of their life to gather with loved ones, share memories, express gratitude, and celebrate their journey. Death Doula
As a Death Doula, I provide emotional, spiritual, and practical support for individuals and families navigating the end-of-life journey. This service includes guidance through the process, holding space for conversations about death, getting complete with their life, and ensuring the individual’s wishes are honoured with care and dignity.
Grief Coaching
Grief is a deeply personal journey, and having support can make all the difference. As a grief coach, I provide compassionate guidance to help individuals process loss, navigate emotions, and find ways to integrate their grief while continuing to live meaningfully. Each session is tailored to your needs, offering a safe and understanding space to heal

Having experienced the loss of my own child, my brother, my father, close friends, and other beloved family members, I understand the depth of grief and the unique ways it touches each of us. I know what it feels like to be in that space, and I hold a deep compassion for those walking that difficult path. My strength lies in helping families through the shock of unexpected loss, particularly in the most heartbreaking of circumstances—losing a baby or child, sudden accidents, and suicide.

Grief doesn’t end when the ceremony does. As a trained coach with 16 years of experience, I provide compassionate support for those navigating loss. Whether you need help preparing for the passing of a loved one, emotional support in the aftermath of loss, or guidance in finding a way forward, I offer tailored Death Doula and Grief Coaching services to meet your needs.

About Cassie
I have ridden the rollercoaster of Love, my hair blown back, hands held high up in the air, laughing, squealing, screaming, crying, blissed out and terrified. Experiencing the gamut of emotions associated with living this life with an open heart.
I’ve swooned in love, been cracked open by heartbreak, felt the euphoria of delivering heaven to earth through the birth of my children, ached in grief for the loss of my loved ones.
What is clearer for me than ever, is that Love is at the core of it all; and that Love needs to be celebrated!!
The nutshell version of me is that I was born in Byron Bay and have spent most of my life in the area. I am a mother of 3 boys. I love horse riding, martial arts, belly dance, and singing. I love travelling and learning about different cultures and people so I've lived overseas for over 5 years and circumnavigated the planet multiple times. After studying business, I spent over a decade in the corporate world before getting knocked off that trajectory by the universe several years ago. Since that time I have come back to my heart and am now following the path that I was put on this earth to travel. That path is to connect to humanity and to expand the conversation of Love throughout the world. I work as a Love Based Leadership Consultant, Coach and Educator, and as a Civil Celebrant. These roles allow me to facilitate and expand people's fullest expression of Love; and that is a beautiful thing!
As a Civil Celebrant, it is my absolute privilege and joy to facilitate these conversations and rituals of Love and commitment. As a program leader and educator, I’ve presented to thousands of people, but for me, nothing beats the intimacy of the conversations that are had between a marrying couple at the front of that room. The welcome and promises made to a new born baby by their community. Holding a grieving family through the process of losing one of their own. This is my heart work and I love it!
