When our journey through this physical realm with a loved one ends, this can be a time of great emotional turmoil. Grief is often the emotion we feel the strongest. An emotion we often try to suppress in our western society. But the thing about grief, is that grief only exists in the presence of love. If we didn’t care, we wouldn’t care. So with this knowledge, we can celebrate grief, because underlying it, is our extraordinary capacity to love.
